INGREDIENTS :

  • 1/2 Creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1/2 c softened butter
  • 1 c miniature Reese’s peanut butter c unwrapped and cut into halves
  • 1 Box Dark Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix (oil, Eggs, water)
  • 1/2 c chocolate chips
  • 4 c powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
  2. Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  3. Add the eggs, oil, cake mix, and water into a mixing bowl. Beat until well blended.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly. Make sure to press it to the bottom of the dish.
  5. In a separate bowl, add peanut butter, vanilla, butter, and cream cheese. Stir until well blended.
  6. Add powdered sugar gradually and beat every addition until well blended
  7. Add the cream cheese mixture over the chocolate mix and spread it evenly.
  8. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and Reese’s peanut butter cup on top.
  9. Place inside the preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes or until done.
  10. Remove the cake from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
  11. Slice the cake into even pieces.
  12. Top each serving with vanilla ice cream.
  13. Serve and enjoy!
