My mom loves pineapple. She makes a way to add pineapple to every dish she cooks! It’s funny how every dish she made with pineapple turned out surprisingly amazing. I got this recipe from her. It is one of her favourite and go-to for Holiday meals and special occasions.

I and my mom always have a stash of canned pineapples. So it is pretty much a thing for us to make pineapple dishes whenever. Plus, to make this easy Pineapple Stuffing, you do not need any hard-to-find ingredients. Everything you need is just around the corner. Whipping this up is super easy, too! If you need an easy and quick side dish to bring to potlucks or parties, then this Pineapple Stuffing is a must-try!
