These Lunch Lady Brownies are the best, most incredible, and fudgy brownies! These brownies are made with only simple ingredients and guarantee the most amazing treat perfect for everybody. I particularly love this homemade version, it is super chocolatey, chewy, and simply incredible!

Brownies are my favourite treat! I have been craving all kinds of brownies lately, and I have tried a lot of brownies recipes. I loved them all, but nothing captured my attention and taste buds like these lunch lady brownies. I make sure to whip up a big batch because these brownies go fast!

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using foil, line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish and grease with non-stick spray. Set aside.

Step 2: Place the melted butter and cocoa powder in the bowl of an electric stand mixer. Blend using the paddle attachment until smooth. Then, add the flour and sugar. Mix again, then add the eggs along with the vanilla. Beat well until just mixed.

Step 3: Into the prepared baking dish, pour the batter and evenly spread. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the brownies comes out clean.

Step 4: Take the brownies out of the oven and allow them to stand for about 15 minutes before frosting.

FOR CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

Step 5: Mix the chocolate frosting until smooth. Pour over the still-warm brownies and spread. Allow cooling fully before slicing. Enjoy!
