  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
  • 1 large round sourdough bread
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 1/2 c. whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 (16 ounces) wheel of brie, chopped or cubed

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.

Step 2: To make 1-inch cubes, slice the bread horizontally and vertically. Make sure not to cut all the way.

Step 3: Place the butter, thyme, and rosemary in a small bowl. Mix well and season with salt. Mix again until blended.

Step 4: On a baking sheet, place the bread and brush with the butter mixture. Stuff each space with brie and cranberry sauce. In foil, wrap the bread. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Step 5: Remove from the oven when done and unwrap the foil. Serve the cranberry brie pull-apart bread hot. Enjoy!
