This is probably one of the most complete meals I have tried! Oh, man, give this recipe a try. You are so in for a treat! Feel free to add more ingredients if you prefer. Ingredients:

  • 1 pound sirloin, cut into 1″ pieces
  • 2 tablespoons chopped rosemary, divided
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 pound baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (or whole grain mustard), divided
  • Steak sauce, for serving (optional)

Directions:

Step 1: Prepare the grill and preheat to medium-high.

Step 2: For 20 minutes, soak the skewers.

Step 3: Season the steak with olive oil, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until well mixed, then allow it to marinate.

Step 4: In a microwavable bowl, add the potatoes.

Step 5: Cover the bowl and place it inside the microwave. Heat for about 8 minutes or until fork-tender.

Step 6: Remove from the microwave and allow it to cool at room temperature.

Step 7: Add olive oil, mustard, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Toss until well mixed.

Step 8: Impale the potatoes and steak with skewers.

Step 9: Place them onto the grill and cook for about 8 minutes. Make sure to turn from time to time.

Step 10: Serve and enjoy!

Note:

You can serve this with steak sauce.
