INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 c. mayonnaise (or Greek yoghurt)
  • 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1: Add the mayonnaise, 3/4 cup Parmesan, seasoning salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a small bowl. Mix well until blended.

Step 2: Into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, place the diced chicken. Over the chicken, evenly spread the mayonnaise mixture and sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese.

Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake the casserole for about 30 to 35 minutes.

Step 4: When done, remove the casserole from the oven and serve right away over pasta, rice, or by itself. Enjoy!
