INGREDIENTS :

  • 11 oz. caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1 c dry roasted unsalted peanuts
  • 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 c Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
  • 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c creamy peanut butter
  • 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
  • 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 c heavy cream

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Line with parchment paper a 9×13-inch baking pan.
  2. In a heat-proof bowl, add 3 tbsp of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Place it inside the microwave and heat for a minute.
  3. Remove from the microwave, then stir until well blended.
  4. Spread the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  5. Put it inside the freezer to set for about 3 minutes.
  6. Add powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and marshmallow fluff into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and turns into a dough.
  7. Place the dough over the chocolate mixture and press it.
  8. Scatter peanuts over the dough, then press each gently.
  9. Place a saucepan on the stove, then add heavy cream and caramels. Turn the heat to medium, then stir and cook until melted completely.
  10. Pour the mixture on top of the peanuts and spread it evenly.
  11. Place it in the fridge to chill for about 5 minutes.
  12. Meanwhile, add the rest of the peanut butter and chocolate chips into another heat-proof bowl. Place it inside the microwave and heat it until melted completely. Stir until well blended.
  13. Spread the mixture on top of the caramel.
  14. Put it back inside the fridge and chill for another 10 minutes
  15. Serve and enjoy!
