INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pound of ground beef
- 4 tomatoes
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- Taco sauce for dipping
- Shredded Lettuce
- Fiesta Mexican blend Shredded Cheese
- Onions, diced
- Sour Cream
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Into the top of each tomato, cut an “X” shape and gently pull them apart. In the meantime, brown the hamburger and stir in the taco seasoning.
Step 2: Fill with lettuce the bottom of each tomato. Then, fill it with taco meat followed by the onion and shredded cheese. Top each with sour cream.
