Hawaiian Banana Bread :

How To Make Hawaiian Banana Bread?

INGREDIENTS :

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour.
  • 1 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut.
  • 2 eggs, large in size.
  • 1 mashed ripe banana.
  • A can of crushed pineapple, with the juice.
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder.
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1:I preheated the oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2:I cream butter and sugar in a big bowl, with an electric mixer, until light and fluffy. I added eggs one by one and beat till combined.

Step 3:I stir in the mashed pineapple and banana.

Step 4:I sifted together the dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt into a separate, medium-sized dish.

Step 5:Then I stir in the wet ingredients.

Step 6:I added in the shredded coconut.

Step 7:I poured the mixture into a greased and floured loaf pan, and baked for 1 hour to 1h 15 minutes, when I inserted a toothpick in the center, and it comes out clean, it was the right time to remove it from the oven.

THIS BREAD IS JUST LIKE A SHINY RAY OF SUNLIGHT ON A GLOOMY DAY IN SEPTEMBER, IM OBSESSED WITH IT, AND MY CHILDREN TOO!!!
