INGREDIENTS :
- 1 c butter, softened
- 1 ½ c brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 c all-purpose flour
- ¾ c mini semisweet chocolate chips
- ¾ c chopped walnuts if desired
DIRECTIONS:
- In a mixing bowl, add the sugar and butter. Beat until well blended.
- Add flour, water, vanilla, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Stir until well combined.
- Form small balls out of the dough. You can use your hands or an ice cream scoop for this step.
- Arrange the balls onto a baking sheet.
- Place the baking sheet inside the freezer for at least 2 hours or until the balls are firm.
- Serve and enjoy!
Note:
Place any leftovers in a resealable plastic bag, then place them inside the freezer.
