INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 box honey graham crackers

For the filling:

  • 2 packages of French vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 (8 ounce) container of thawed cool whip
  • 3 cups milk

For the chocolate glaze:

  • 2 ounces of unsweetened chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 tablespoons Karo syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1⁄2 cups powdered sugar

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1: Line a buttered dish with graham crackers and add the pudding mix and milk together.
Step 2: Fold in Cool Whip, and pour half of the mixture on the crackers, then add a second layer of crackers, then the remaining pudding mixture, and then a final layer of graham crackers.
Step 3: Melt the chocolate glaze over medium heat. Then remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4: Beat about one or half cups of powdered sugar and pour it on the crackers.
Step 5: Refrigerate over the night and serve.
