Crescent Rolls are the best! I cannot think of anything that crescent roll can’t do. I always have a stash of them at home. I also have a couple of recipes that involved crescent rolls. One of them is this outrageously delicious dessert bar. Did I mention that these Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are also perfect for breakfast? Yes! You can have this any time of the day!
These Cheesecake Crescent Rolls are a wonderful dish. And it is super easy and fast to make without a fuss.
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 (8 ounces each) packages of cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Press, 1 unrolled crescent roll into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Step 3: Place the cream cheese, 1 cup of sugar, salt, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl. Beat using an electric mixer until smooth. Then, spread this over the dough.
Step 4: On top of the cream cheese layer, press the second can of the crescent roll.
Step 5: On top, pour the melted butter and brush to evenly cover the top. Combine the rest of the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle this on top.
Step 6: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the cheesecake crescent roll for about 30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven when done and let it cool before slicing into triangles.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
