The banana drop cookie is a great way to convert your overripe (or not) bananas and to quench that banana flavored craving. This soft fluffy delicious cookie is really easy to make and trust me, everyone would love you for making them one of these.

INGREDIENTS :
- 2¼ cup flour
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
- 2/3 cups butter or margarine
- 1 granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1/2 vanilla
- 1 bananas, mashed
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Mix flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cloves in a large mixing bowl. Stir well until the contents are properly mixed then set aside.
Step 2: Transfer butter and sugar to a mixer bowl and beat properly for 30 seconds. Add eggs and vanilla, and then continue beating. While beating, add the dry ingredients (from step 1) in aliquots, and then add bananas one at a time. Ensure to beat well after each addition.
Step 3: Use a teaspoon to transfer cookies onto a well-greased cookie sheet. Ensure that portions are kept 2 inches apart on the cookie sheet.
Step 4: Transfer cookie sheet with contents to a preheated 400 degree oven. Bake cookies for about 12 minutes, until brown and then take out of the oven. Immediately transfer baked cookies to a wire rack to cook.
Step 5: Enjoy cool cookies with a warm glass of milk or cup of tea.
