INGREDIENTS :
- 1 ½ c creamy peanut butter
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 lb. powdered sugar
- 1 ¼ c unsalted butter
DIRECTIONS :
- Use a fine-mesh strainer to sift the sugar, then put it into a large bowl.
- Place a saucepan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
- Add butter and peanut butter. Whisk until well blended and the butter is melted completely. Heat for about 5 minutes until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and salt. Stir until well blended.
- Pour the mixture on top of the sifted sugar, then stir until well blended.
- Line with plastic wrap an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
- Place it inside the fridge to chill for about at least 1 to 3 hours.
- Slice the fudge into small servings.
