INGREDIENTS :
- 4 Eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ c walnut halves
- 1 ½ c all-purpose flour
- 1 c butter, melted
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 c white sugar
- ½ c cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
DIRECTIONS :
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Apply cooking spray in a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add vanilla, melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder. Beat until well blended.
- Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Lay the walnut slices on top of the batter.
- Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean after inserting it in the middle.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
- Serve and enjoy!
