Peanut Blossoms are soft and chewie :
INGREDIENTS:
- 100g=1/2 CUP.Of sugar.
- 100g=1/2 packed CUP.Of brown sugar.
- 120g=1/2 CUP.Of creamy peanut butter.
- 60g=1/4 CUP.Of softened butter.
- 60g=1/4 CUP.Of shortening.
- An egg.
- 200g=1+1/2 CUP.Of all-purpose flour.
- 1 t.Of baking soda.
- 1/2 t.Of baking powder.
- granulated sugar, for coating.
- Three dozens Of {Hershey chocolate kisses}.
PREPARATION:
- Step 1-Heat a 375-degree in your oven.
- Step 2-Thoroughly blend together 1⁄2 cup Of regular sugar, Packed brown sugar, peanut butter, softened butter, shortening, and an egg. Stir in flour gradually, baking soda, and baking powder.
- Step 3-Mold the dough into 1″ balls, and roll them in granulated sugar. On an ungreased baking sheet, set about 2“ apart.
- Step 4-Bake until light brown on the outside, for around 10 to 12 minutes.
- Step 5-Press candy kisses tightly into each cookie directly then let them cool.
