INGREDIENTS :
- 11 oz. caramel candies, unwrapped
- 1 c dry roasted unsalted peanuts
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 c Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1 c semisweet chocolate chips
- 1/4 c creamy peanut butter
- 3 tbsp creamy peanut butter
- 7 oz. marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 c heavy cream
DIRECTIONS :
- Line with parchment paper a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a heat-proof bowl, add 3 tbsp of peanut butter and chocolate chips. Place it inside the microwave and heat for a minute.
- Remove from the microwave, then stir until well blended.
- Spread the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking pan.
- Put it inside the freezer to set for about 3 minutes.
- Add powdered sugar, 1/4 cup peanut butter, and marshmallow fluff into a mixing bowl. Stir until well blended and turns into a dough.
- Place the dough over the chocolate mixture and press it.
- Scatter peanuts over the dough, then press each gently.
- Place a saucepan on the stove, then add heavy cream and caramels. Turn the heat to medium, then stir and cook until melted completely.
- Pour the mixture on top of the peanuts and spread it evenly.
- Place it in the fridge to chill for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, add the rest of the peanut butter and chocolate chips into another heat-proof bowl. Place it inside the microwave and heat it until melted completely. Stir until well blended.
- Spread the mixture on top of the caramel.
- Put it back inside the fridge and chill for another 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
