INGREDIENTS :
For Ramen Stir Fry Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons Light Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tablespoon Sriracha
- 2 teaspoons White Vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Water
For Chicken:
- 1 c Chicken Thigh/Breast, pieces
- As per need Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Light Soy Sauce, low sodium
- 1/2 teaspoon Cornstarch
Additional:
- 3 Packets/ Blocks, Ramen Noodles/Instant Noodles(Maggi), discard seasoning packet
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil/Sesame Oil
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Inch Ginger, minced
- 1 small Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 small Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 small Onion, chopped
- 2 Spring Onion, chopped, whites and green separated
- 1/3 c Broccoli florets, chopped
- 1/3 c White Button Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 c Carrot, sticks
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Place a pot with water on the stove and turn the heat to high. Allow the water to boil.
Step 2: Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2 minutes or until done.
Step 3: Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water to stop the cooking process. Add 1 teaspoon of oil over the noodles and toss until well coated.
Step 4: In a mixing bowl, add the chicken slices, soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed, then allow the chicken slices to marinate.
Step 5: Slice the veggies and set them aside.
Step 6: Place a wok on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
Step 7: Add oil and allow it to become hot.
Step 8: Add the garlic and ginger. Saute for a few minutes until aromatic.
Step 9: Add the chopped veggies and saute until translucent.
Step 10: Push the veggies to the side of the wok, then add the chicken slices in the middle. Cook the chicken slices until brown.
Step 11: Add all the sauce ingredients into a mixing bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Step 12: Add the sauce into the wok and stir until well mixed.
Step 13: Add the cooked ramen noodles and toss until well mixed.
Step 14: Serve hot and enjoy!
