Ingredients:
- ¾ c mayonnaise
- ½ c grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ tsp garlic powder
- ¾ c Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Directions:
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
- In a medium mixing bowl, add Parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic powder. Stir until well combined.
- In another mixing bowl, add the bread crumbs.
- Dip each chicken breast into the cheese mixture, then into the bowl with the bread crumbs. Make sure to coat each generously.
- Place the coated chicken breasts onto a baking sheet and arrange them. Make sure to leave a space between each chicken breast.
- Place the baking sheet inside the preheated oven and bake the chicken breasts for about 20 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
