This rice always steals the show.
Rice is the ideal side dish – you can keep it plain or dress it up and it complements pretty much anything you serve it with. But this baked rice, well this is rice that is more than a side dish… it steals the show every time. It’s cooked in the oven with three simple ingredients (and yes, one of those is an entire stick of butter) until it’s fluffy and incredibly flavorful.

INGREDIENTS :
- 1 cup long-grain white rice, uncooked
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed French Onion soup
- 1 (10 oz) can condensed beef broth
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced
DIRECTIONS :
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a 9×9-inch baking dish, stir together the rice, soup, and broth.
- Arrange slices of butter over the top and cover dish tightly with foil.
- Bake 30 minutes, remove foil, and bake 30 minutes more. Enjoy!
