- ½ tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1 ½ tablespoon olive oil
- 1 ½ pound potatoes
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ⅓ teaspoon pepper
For Green Beans
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 pound of green beans
DIRECTIONS :
- Slice the peeled potatoes into small cuts. Add them into a large bowl.
- Add taco seasoning, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano over the potatoes. Toss everything until the potatoes are well coated.
- Place the potatoes onto a large baking sheet and spread them evenly.
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 200 degrees C or 400 degrees F.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until done.
- In the same bowl where you put the potatoes, add the green beans, salt, garlic, olive oil, and garlic. Toss until well mixed.
- Add the green beans onto the baking sheet with the potatoes. Stir until well mixed.
- Put it back inside the oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes more.
- Remove from the oven and allow potatoes and green beans to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
