These Pizza Rolls are so good! You would want to eat the whole thing! Serve this with Italian spaghetti, and you have yourself a snack to remember! INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 c shredded mozzarella cheese, to taste
  • 1/2 c Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust
  • Marinara sauce
  • Garlic salt
  • 1 c sliced and chopped pepperoni
  • Italian seasoning, to taste

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Prepare the oven and preheat to 218 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
  2. Sprinkle flour onto a flat surface.
  3. Place the pizza crust onto the floured surface, then roll it.
  4. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and garlic salt over each crust to season.
  5. Top each crust with Mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese. Make sure to spread them evenly.
  6. Roll each crust, then slice each into 1-inch pieces.
  7. Apply cooking spray into a baking pan.
  8. Lay the pizza rolls into the prepared pan and arrange them in a single layer.
  9. Place them inside the preheated oven and bake for about 10 minutes or until the pizza rolls turn golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow them rolls to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
  11. Serve warm with marinara sauce. Enjoy!
