These melt-in-your-mouth fall apart-tender chicken thighs are drenched in a rich sticky sauce. A kind that goes alongside anything! Rice or mixed veggies are my two favourite sides for these delicious chicken thighs. This dish can be an excellent rotation to your weekly menu. And if you have kids who are up to everything chicken, like me, then this is perfect! One big bite and they will be asking for it over and over again.

INGREDIENTS :
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
- ½ cup of soy sauce
- ½ cup ketchup
- ⅓ cup honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: At the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker, add the chicken thighs.
Step 2: Combine the ketchup, garlic, soy sauce, basil, and honey in a small mixing bowl until incorporated. Pout this over the chicken thighs.
Step 3: Cover and cook on low heat for about 6 hours.
Step 4: Best served over rice or mixed veggies. Enjoy!
