Hello there, friends! I hope you are doing great this fine day! This recipe I am sharing with you today is a must-try! I got this from a friend a couple of years ago. These Honey Garlic Roasted Carrots are so good that you would want to eat the whole thing! Oh, man, you are so in for a treat! I always serve these carrots as a side dish. INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 2 lbs. carrots cut into 3-inch pieces
- Fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS :
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 220 degrees C or 425 degrees F.
- Place an oven-safe skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
- Add butter and allow it to melt.
- Add garlic and honey, then stir until well blended.
- Add the carrots and toss until well coated by the delicious sauce.
- Remove the skillet from the stove.
- Transfer the skillet inside the preheated oven and bake the carrots for about 25 minutes or until done.
- Broil for four more minutes or until they caramelize.
- Remove from the oven and allow the carrots to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top garnish.
- Serve and enjoy!
