- ½ c heavy whipping cream
- Icing from cinnamon rolls
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 17.5 ounces tubes Pillsbury Grands cinnamon rolls (regular 12.4oz cinnamon rolls are ok too)

- 2 Eggs
- ¼ c butter, melted
DIRECTIONS :
- Prepare the oven and preheat it to 175 degrees C or 350 degrees F.
- Add melted butter into a 9×12-inch baking dish and spread it evenly. Make sure to coat the bottom and sides of the dish.
- Add vanilla, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, cream, and flour into a mixing bowl. Whisk everything until well incorporated.
- Slice the cinnamon rolls into 8 pieces kind of like a pizza. Place them into the bowl with the egg mixture, then toss until completely coated. Transfer them to the prepared baking dish and spread the rest of the egg mixture on top. Scatter pecans over the dough.
- Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for about 18 to 25 minutes or until the casserole turns golden brown.
- Remove the casserole from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
- Add the icing into a heat-proof bowl, then place it in the microwave. Heat for a few seconds just until hot.
- Add the icing on top of the rolls and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
