Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp celery, minced
- 1 tsp onion, grated
- Bacon (optional)
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped or squished with a fork.
- Croissants or Bread
- 1 tbsp Mayo (or more if desired)
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Paprika (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 3 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 tsp sugar
- Dill Pickle Relish (optional)
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions:
- Add butter and cream cheese into a mixing bowl. Whip until well blended.
- Add lemon juice, mayonnaise, celery, sugar, onion, salt, and pepper. Stir until well blended.
- Add the eggs and beat until scrambled.
- Garnish with pickle relish or paprika on top.
- Serve with croissants or bread.
