Ingredients:
- 3-5 lbs. boneless pork chops (thick cut 1-inch- 1 1/2-inch)
- 1/4 c cornstarch
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1/2 c light brown sugar, packed
- 1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1-3 tbsp red chilli paste (I used Gourmet Garden)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
Directions:
- Add everything into a 6-quart slow cooker aside from the cornstarch and pork chops. Stir until well blended.
- Add the pork chops and stir again until well coated.
- Cover the slow cooker, then cook for about 4 hours on a low setting.
- Add the slurry, then stir until well blended.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook the pork chops for another hour until fork-tender.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
