INGREDIENTS :
- 1 pound chicken breasts thinly sliced
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese grated
- 8 ounces fresh spinach
Creamy Sauce:
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese grated
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 500 degrees F. Using cooking spray, lightly grease a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Step 2: Onto the bottom of the baking dish, pack the fresh spinach, and top with the uncooked chicken breasts.
Step 3: On top, evenly spread the creamy sauce mixture and sprinkle with a cup of grated cheese.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 18 to 20 minutes or until the spinach has wilted and the chicken is completely cooked.
