INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. seedless red grapes, halved
- 1 1/2 c. fresh cranberries, roughly chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. dried cranberries
- 1 Granny Smith apple, diced
- Zest of 1 orange
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1-2 tbsp granulated sugar, to taste
DIRECTIONS :
Step 1: Place all the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Step 2: Tent the bowl and place it in the fridge to chill the salad for at least 2 hours.
Step 3: Serve and enjoy!
