INGREDIENTS :
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 c cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
- 2/3 c Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup
- ½ c bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 lb. ground beef, (85/15)
- 32 oz. tater tots
- 1 c corn
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/3 c whole milk
DIRECTIONS :
- Prepare the oven and preheat to 190 degrees C or 375 degrees F.
- Apply cooking spray to a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- Place a large skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
- Add the beef, then cook until crumbly and brown.
- Add the sour cream, milk, 1/2 cup cheese, corn, bacon, onion powder, black pepper, and cream of mushroom soup. Stir until well blended. Simmer for about a minute.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Scatter the tater tots over the cheese.
- Place it in the preheated oven and bake for about 40 to 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle the rest of the cheese (feel free to add more) on top.
- Bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow it to rest for a few minutes at room temperature.
