INGREDIENTS :

  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp cilantro-chopped
  • 1 avocado -diced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 c grated cheese (I use mozzarella)
  • 2 c cooked and shredded chicken (or 2 chicken breasts, salt, and pepper- to taste, 1 tbsp mustard, 1 tbsp olive oil)

DIRECTIONS :

  1. Place a frying pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
  2. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil and allow it to become hot.
  3. Add the chicken breast, then each side for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Add 1 tbsp of mustard on top of the chicken and spread it evenly.
  5. Pour in 1/4 cup of water, then cover the pan and cook the chicken for about 5 more minutes.
  6. Remove the chicken from the pan, then slice it into thin pieces.
  7. In a mixing bowl, add avocado slices, chicken, cilantro, and cheese. Stir until well blended.
  8. Add 1 tbsp over each tortilla and spread it evenly.
  9. Add 1/4 of the mixture in the middle of each tortilla, then roll it up.
  10. Place a pan on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
  11. Add 1 tbsp of oil and allow it to become hot.
  12. Add the tortillas and cook each side for about 2 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  13. Transfer the burritos onto a clean serving plate.
  14. Serve and enjoy!
