INGREDIENTS :
- 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
- 1 soup can full of milk
- 1 package crescent rolls
DIRECTIONS :
- Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a skillet on the stove and turn the heat to medium.
- Add olive oil and allow it to become hot.
- Add the chicken breasts and cook each side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken breasts from the heat onto a clean plate lined with paper towels to drain any excess oil.
- In a mixing bowl, add the chicken breasts and 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. Toss until well combined.
- Divide the crescent rolls and unroll them.
- Fill each crescent roll with the chicken mixture.
- Roll each crescent roll, then arrange them onto a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Place a saucepan on the stove.
- Add the milk, soup, and the rest of the cheese.
- Turn the heat to medium, then stir and allow the mixture to become hot.
- Remove from the heat, then pour the mixture on top of the chicken rolls. Make sure to cover them completely.
- Place it inside the preheated oven and bake for half an hour or until the top turns golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and allow the rolls to cool for a few minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
