These cheddar ranch chicken burgers are an awesome side dish and also great to make into burgers along with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 egg
  • 3 garlic cloves, smashed and minced
  • 2 pounds of ground chicken
  • 1/2 c. finely diced onion
  • 1 ounces ranch seasoning mix
  • 1/2 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. plain bread crumbs

DIRECTIONS :

Chicken Burger Patties:

Step 1: In a mixing bowl, place all the ingredients. Mix well until blended.

Step 2: Using the parchment paper, line a baking sheet or large cutting board. Then, form the burger patties.

Step 3: Drizzle oil in a preheated large cooking pan over medium heat. Add about 6 to 8 burger patties to the hot skillet and sear each side for about 6 to 8 minutes. Cooking time varies depending on the size of the burger patties.

Burgers:

Step 4: You will need buns, along with bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing to make the burgers. Feel free to add your preferred veggies, too.
