Ingredients:
- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp white pepper
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp dried oregano
- ½ c butter, unsalted melted
Directions:
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, add all the spices. Whisk until well combined.
Step 2: Brush with melted butter on all sides of the salmon fillets.
Step 3: Rub all sides with the mixed spices.
Step 4: Brush the rest of the butter over each salmon fillet.
Step 5: Place a large pan on the stove and turn the heat to high.
Step 6: Add the salmon and cook each side for 2 to 5 minutes or until slightly dark.
Step 7: Transfer the salmon fillets onto a clean serving plate.
Step 8: Serve with veggies and enjoy!
