INGREDIENTS :

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1 1/4 pounds extra-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves)
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1/8 teaspoon Red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees.

Step 2: In a baking dish, place the shrimp.

Step 3: In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Once the butter has melted, add the garlic to the pan and saute for about 30 seconds. Or you place the butter with garlic in a small microwave-safe dish in a microwave to melt the butter. Then, whisk the lemon in the butter mixture.

Step 4: Over the shrimp in a baking dish, pour the butter mixture, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Toss the shrimp to coat before spreading the shrimp into an even layer.

Step 5: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake the shrimp for about 9 to 13 minutes until pink and cooked through. Remove from the oven when done and serve the shrimp warm garnished with parsley. Do not forget to spoon the sauce over the shrimp. Enjoy!
