These awesome crispy baked chicken wings are your best friend if you want to guarantee the best low-carb dinner. It’s an excellent variety of baked wings without marinade. All you need are butter, garlic, and herbs.

I am obsessed with chicken wings! It is my favourite part of a chicken. It is so satisfying to eat chicken wings. I most loved flavoured wings, but I am making an exception for these crazy delicious, super simple, and easy crispy baked chicken wings. I pair these with a simple side salad or mashed potatoes for an easy and filling dinner any time!

INGREDIENTS :

  • ½ c. butter
  • 4 lbs chicken wings
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 2 tsp ground paprika
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

DIRECTIONS :

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F or 175 degrees C.

Step 2: Using aluminium foil, line a shallow baking dish, then lightly grease.

Step 3: Cut and discard the tips from the chicken wings. After cutting between the joints, separate each wing into 2 pieces.

Step 4: In a small saucepan, combine the butter and garlic over low heat. Heat the butter for about 3 to 5 minutes until it has melted and the garlic is aromatic.

Step 5: In a shallow bowl, combine the Parmesan cheese, parsley, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well mixed.

Step 6: In the melted butter mixture, dip the chicken wing pieces, then coat in the Parmesan cheese mixture. Into the prepared baking dish, arrange the pieces of chicken wings, then drizzle with the rest of the butter.

Step 7: Place in the preheated oven and bake the chicken wings for about an hour or until the skin is browned and the juices run clear.
