INGREDIENTS :
- 1/2 packet of ranch seasoning mix (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 (12 ounces) bottle of Frank’s Buffalo Wing Sauce
- hoagie rolls for serving
- 3-4 large chicken breasts (about 1.5 lb.)
- 2 tablespoons butter
DIRECTIONS :
- Apply cooking spray in a slow cooker.
- Lay the chicken into the prepared slow cooker.
- Add the buffalo sauce and ranch seasoning over the chicken. Stir everything until well blended.
- Cover the slow cooker, then cook everything for 5 hours on a low setting or 3 hours on a high setting.
- Remove the chicken from the slow cooker, then use two forks to shred them into small pieces.
- Add the shredded chicken back into the slow cooker.
- Add 2 tablespoons of butter, then stir until well blended. Allow the butter to melt completely.
- Serve right away and enjoy!

I always serve this with hoagie rolls, coleslaw, and blue cheese.
