INGREDIENTS :
- Sweet potato(es)
- Fork
- Microwave-safe plate
- Butter, olive oil, and seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS :
- Step 1: Wash and make sure to remove all the dirt off the potatoes.
- Step 2: Pat dry the potatoes.
- Step 3: Rub olive oil all over and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Step 4: Poke small holes on the potatoes using a fork. This will help with the moisture when they are cooking.
- Step 5: Transfer the oiled and seasoned potatoes on a prepared microwavable-plate.
- Step 6: Heat one potato for 5 minutes on 100% power. Add the potatoes and heat for another 2 minutes for each addition.
- Step 7: Heat for 1 more minute until the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Step 8: Remove the potatoes from the microwave and slice them lengthwise.
- Step 9: Serve and enjoy!
