Pasticcio Chiken :
INGREDIENTS :
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 onions
- 400 g minced pork and beef
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 30 cl of chicken stock
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 180 g macaroni
- 1 can of peeled tomato
- 20 cl of light cream
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten
- grated cheese
- breadcrumbs
- knobs of butter
DIRECTIONS :
- In a skillet, sauté the onions and garlic until tender. Add the minced meat and cook until golden brown, stirring well. Add the tomato paste and the can of peeled tomato and wet with the broth. Add the cinnamon, salt, pepper and cover. Cook for 15 minutes.
